Guest Return and Exchange Policy

felinejewelrystudiouniverse.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your item based on our Guest Exchange Policy.

Note that we only offer exchanges on purchases for a gift card.

• Exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the delivery date for jewelry and accessories
• Jewelry must be in good condition and unworn with all original packaging not damaged.
• accessories must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for exchange. All packaging, as applicable, must be included with the exchange.
• Exchanges not allowed on customized jewelry, special order, class rings and engraved items.
• Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.
• All exchanges without a receipt can only be converted to a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount and shipping and handling.

SHIPPING POLICY

Any order placed Monday-Friday before 2pm Eastern will be shipped next day. 

      *shipping :   2-5 days normal delivery. 

    *UPS/ USPS rates based on location and service that you choose.
